Two separate operatives came and had no clue of what the other had done except as I could tell them. One operator asked me to get him a ladder (I am 66 year old woman) so he could climb into my loft and on his final visit told me he had no idea where the rats we getting in. That after telling me that a pipe was a drain right down to the ground where they were getting in. Was bemused when I explained that it was an old central heating vent pipe now blocked both ends. Don't recommend them to anyone.
